Our 200 hour Flow certification consists of two 100 hour modules, which can be taken in any order:
HOW THE CERTIFICATION WORKS
COMPLETE YOUR FIRST MODULE
Both of our required modules are offered once a year.
Anatomy & Kinesiology starts in the Spring, and Methodology & Philosophy is offered in the Fall. Begin your journey with the next available module. Make up is always available should you have a conflict.
COMPLETE YOUR SECOND MODULE
Once you have completed your first 100-hours, you have 3 years to take the second. Make up is always available if you have a conflict.
TEACH YOUR FINAL CLASS
Once you have completed both modules, our Advisor will help schedule your final class at your convenience. You can then invite your friends to share everything you have learnt, and celebrate your achievement.

"... I am super grateful of the opportunity to practice teach. That made a great difference in my progression. By far that was the key to your program – giving us all the opportunity to teach and get used to speaking, yogi-ing, putting together sequences, etc. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for not just filling our brains! You let our brains activate our bodies."
