We offer four distinct programs that vibe very differently. ✨
Within each program, styles are shown on a physical effort scale, where (0) is most restful and (5) is the most intense.
We pride ourselves in featuring the best yoga teachers in the area. Enjoy taking from each one, as they each have a refined style, and something different to teach you!

PROGRAM
YIN (level 1-2)
Inspired by Chinese medicine, deep stretches are held for long periods to challenge the mind to surrender and allow the body to open.

CHAIR YOGA (level 1-2)
With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength.

VINYASA (level 2-4)
Starting with breathwork or meditation, a graceful standing flow of poses spiced up with vinyasas and core work prepares you for delicious stretches on the floor.

PROGRAM
HOT 26 (level 2-4)
A set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is held in a heated room. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency create a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and stretching your entire body.
INTENSE HEAT
HOT PILATES (level 3-5)
A brilliant fusion of Pilates mat exercises and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), done in a heated room to strengthen muscles, boost cardiovascular endurance, and reduce visceral fat. The Hot Pilates system is an intense, yet low-impact workout for all fitness levels.
INTENSE HEAT
HOT PILATES W/ WEIGHTS (level 4-5)
This class combines Pilates mat exercises, full body strength training using dumbbells and bands, and bursts of high intensity to build muscle, strengthen bone, and increase metabolic rate.
