CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

We offer four distinct programs that vibe very differently. ✨

Within each program, styles are shown on a physical effort scale, where (0) is most restful and (5) is the most intense.

We pride ourselves in featuring the best teachers in the area. Enjoy taking from each one, as they each have a refined style, and something different to teach you!

OneFormer

 ONEFORMER FOUNDATIONS 1 (level 2-4)

Foundations 1 is a set sequence with a repeated circuit so you can learn the basics and get comfortable with the machine.

There is no heat or weights, and transitions are slower.
Expect a great workout and build the confidence to soon join the regular OneFormer classes.

 ONEFORMER FOUNDATIONS 2 (level 3-4)

Foundations 2 is a set sequence with more poses than Foundations 1, so you can broaden your knowledge base and perfect your form.
 

There is no heat or weights, and transitions are slower.

Expect a great workout and build the confidence to soon join the regular OneFormer classes.

 ONEFORMER HEAT + WEIGHTS (level 4-5)

Our custom-built, large-format reformer machine is the next level for your resistance training. Whether you want the lightest touch or the heaviest challenge, OneFormer adapts to you so you can get stronger, more powerful, and never plateau. Add in heat, dumbbells, Pilates props, and the best instructors in the area, and you’ve got your new workout obsession.

 YIN (level 1-2)

Inspired by Chinese medicine, deep stretches are held for long periods to challenge the mind to surrender and allow the body to open.

 GENTLE YOGA (level 2-3)

Experience immediate benefits as you gently strengthen and relax with revitalizing poses and simple breathing techniques.

 GENTLE W WEIGHTS (level 3-4)

Build strong bones, and a capable, resilient body with slow, mindful resistance training woven into a gentle practice. No experience with weights or yoga needed.

 VINYASA (level 2-4)

Starting with breathwork or meditation, a graceful standing flow of poses spiced up with vinyasas and core work prepares you for delicious stretches on the floor.

Our signature Flow sequence strengthens and opens every part of the body, and leaves you feeling amazing no matter what the day has thrown at you.

 POWER FLOW (level 4-5)

The most challenging and fun flow class anywhere: expect multiple arm balances, long standing and creative sequences, great music, and incredible group energy.

We take yoga with weights to the next level with the caliber of flow sequencing you’ve come to expect from YogaSource - the ultimate experience in mobility, strength, and breath.

 HOT 26 (level 2-4)

A set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is held in a heated room. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency create a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and stretching your entire body.  
 

INTENSE HEAT

 HOT PILATES (level 3-5)

A brilliant fusion of Pilates mat exercises and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), done in a heated room to strengthen muscles, boost cardiovascular endurance, and reduce visceral fat. The Hot Pilates system is an intense, yet low-impact workout for all fitness levels.

 HOT PILATES W/ WEIGHTS (level 4-5)

This class combines Pilates mat exercises, full body strength training using dumbbells and bands, and bursts of high intensity to build muscle, strengthen bone, and increase metabolic rate.

 GLUTE BAKERY (level 4-5)

The ultimate lower body workout designed to hit the glutes smart and hard to get you stronger, functional, and balanced. The heat is on, and the music is on point. Let’s get bakin’ 🍑💪🏽
