Nikki discovered Yoga through a studio around the corner from her apartment. She began to notice many changes beyond just her physical body. She began to unwind with each Yoga class and discovered something she didn't think would be possible. Having anxiety and asthma much of her life, she never thought that anything could calm her mind and allow her to take deeper breaths.
Nikki completed her initial 200-hour certification through Yogasource. She then journey into the teachings of Yin, meditation, Restorative, Medical Qigong, and Kundalini. She recently completed a second 200-hour energetic flow training. Nikki believes that Yoga is a place to unwind and let go in order to discover your true self.
"... I am super grateful of the opportunity to practice teach. That made a great difference in my progression. By far that was the key to your program – giving us all the opportunity to teach and get used to speaking, yogi-ing, putting together sequences, etc. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for not just filling our brains! You let our brains activate our bodies."
